Hole #1

The opening hole on the Thompson Course is gently rolling without much trouble if you stay in the fairway. Ensure that you don't overshoot the green or you may end up on the second tee or facing a tough shot out from the trees.

Par 3
Hitting the fairway or the green on the longest part 3 at Kenogamisis is a must on the third hole as the left is lined by the parking lot which is out of bounds, and the right is the pond that provides water to the course sprinkler system. This two tiered green can be tough if your shot ends up in the wrong spot.

Our par 3 fifth hole is known for its green encircled by bunkers, especially the infamous "jaws" that can be tough to get out of. A drive that strays from the green can quickly get you in trouble.

The risky golfer can attempt to carry their drive over the trees that make up the slight dogleg of the seventh hole. A narrow creek crosses the fairway 100 yards short of the green just before you reach a long fairway bunker that stretches along the border of the right rough.

The second hole is a par 5 that is reachable in two shots if you successfully navigate the out of bounds along the right, the downslope of the large hill midway through the fairway and the creek that is 100 yards short of the green.

The fourth hole, the longest at Kenogamisis, features a gradual upslope towards two bunkers on either side of the fairway before heading down towards the green. The green is not visible from more than 150 yards away, but aiming at the green locator in the trees will ensure your ball is heading in the right direction.

The sixth hole features a pair of trees in the fairway that can be easily carried by a well hit shot. There is a steep bank backing the green, but deep bunkers on either side of it. This hole takes you right back to within 100 yards of the clubhouse.
Hole #8
Par 4
Wait for the bell on the eighth hole prior to hitting your drive over the hill midway down the fairway. This fairway is fairly straight and trouble free unless your ball finds the trees on either side. The elevated green is slightly offset to the right, and is almost perfectly flat.
Hole #9
Par 4
Long hitters may need to lay up to ensure they don't drive into the pond, if they can't place their shot to the right and short of the mexican hat bunker on the ninth hole. The incline from the pond up to the green brings you directly back to the clubhouse.
